Kiwanis Club of Glendale By-Laws
Kiwanis International directed all Kiwanis Clubs to update their by-laws in September 2014. The By-Laws Committee met and drafted the by-laws from the KI Template and brought them to the Board of Directors at the August 20, 2013, board meeting. The Board unanimously approved the draft By-Laws, and on September 6, 2013, during the regular club meeting, the membership voted to accept the revised club by-laws. They have since been approved by Kiwanis International and are available to members on the Member Portal.
